A1 ADAS Group Launches Industry-First Rewards Scheme for Mobile ADAS Customers

New ‘A1 Rewards’ programme helps workshops invest in equipment 

without touching their budget

 

Workshops using A1 ADAS Solutions’ mobile calibration services can now earn points redeemable against a wide range of garage equipment, thanks to the launch of a new customer rewards initiative from A1 ADAS Group.

Believed to be a first for the ADAS sector, the ‘A1 Rewards’ scheme allows participating workshops to collect points every time they book a mobile ADAS calibration with A1’s nationwide team of technicians.

Each job earns one point – with every point worth £5 towards equipment purchases from A1’s own garage equipment division. That includes everything from Autel, Hella, Bosch and Topdon diagnostics to Hofmann and Luxus full tyre bay setups, GYS welders, diagnostic software updates, and even Laser Tools screwdriver sets.

The scheme is available to new and existing customers, with no cost to opt in and no limit on how many points a workshop can accrue.

“This is a genuine reward, not a replacement for any commercial terms already in place,” said A1 ADAS Group managing director, Iain Molloy. “If a workshop has been holding off on a new ramp or updating their alignment setup, this scheme could help them get it over the line. It’s a way for us to give something tangible back.”

Workshops can register quickly using a QR code, after which the scheme runs automatically in the background. As well as viewing their points balance through the A1 customer dashboard, they can also access previous bookings, calibration records, and all compliance documentation required for insurer-related work – including BS 10125 and ISO standards – helping to streamline admin processes.

Redemption is equally straightforward. Customers generate a code via the dashboard, which alerts a member of the equipment division team to get in touch and arrange delivery of the chosen item.

To keep the scheme fair, rewards are allocated per site with each location needing to register separately.

Points are valid for two years and can be used as full or part payment.

“A1 Rewards fits perfectly with our values,” added Molloy. “It’s customer-first, it’s practical, and we’re only able to offer it because we don’t just supply equipment – we use it too. That gives us a unique insight into what workshops actually need, and how we can help them get it.”
